Alongside our comprehensive range of stock standard bottles Continental Bottle Company can also offer custom moulding for new designs where that little bit more of off the shelf presence is needed.

With our in-house 3D model making facilities as well as extensive experience in design and manufacturing, we manage your project from initial brief to production.

We begin the process with a full technical drawing then move to a ABS or Plexi Model we can show you’re the ‘near as possible’ finished design of what your product will look like before we even cut steel for tooling.

Even more? When the ABS or Plexi Model has been made, we can then decorate and even crimp a pump, shroud and apply an over cap giving you a truly great representation of your finished product.

We can then move to pilot tooling or straight to production on your instructions.
